Harrow Recreation Ground
had some improvmenets since 2003 but still requires more attention.
It is a place of contrasts. This bench is not 'destroyed'
But rubbish is all over the places for young people.

 is a 10 minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Underground Station .
Go through or around St Anns' and St Georges', 
follow the Junction Road and go under the roundabouts (a kind of fly over).
You will see a small hotel then turn left at the first
street.
A path (tarmac) around the park and a cricket practice area ( a rarity)
 ...
The children's area, more open spaces, and old nice ideas: an enclosed for peacful moments
 ...
 ...
Grass and tarmac tennis courts . Basketball fields and practice...good but needing attention.
Please do keep the doors open if you cannot enforce the law and stop vandalism...

A contrast (culture, age?) comparing them with the well maintained bowls and cricket lawn...
 ...
