BARHAM PARK twelve minute walk from Wembley Central tube station. Turn left, cross the road, always keeping the shops on your right, go up hill, and when you see the road lined with trees you can enter on one of the largest tarmac paths serving the park.

Open spaces, a tree line shielding the railway line, well kept gardens, a memorial to lost souls in the war, some left overs of an old mansion, all contribute to give this park a sense of quality that the area lost many years ago.
